Etalon Group Launches Sales at Schastye na Semenovskoy

ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces the launch of a comfort class project located in the eastern administrative district of Moscow.

Schastye na Semyonovskoy is a 13-storey residential building with underground parking and ground-level guest parking. The expected NSA of the project is 7 ths sqm, including 5 ths sqm of residential area. This residential complex features apartments with a wide range of floorplans and large windows as well as French balconies or loggias. The apartments have no internal load-bearing walls, meaning residents have significant flexibility in how they organise the interiors. Commercial and public facilities with a separate entrance, as well as a spacious lobby, stroller storage room and other public spaces essential for the comfort of the residents will be located on the ground floor. The complex will be surrounded by a private territory featuring a playground, sports grounds and a landscaped recreation area.

Schastye na Semenovskoy is located in a well-established green area of Moscow near Sokolniki and Izmailovskiy Park, which are two of the city's largest parks. The attractive Semenovskiy park is just 250 meters from the residential complex. Schools, pre-schools, healthcare facilities, stores, shopping and entertainment centres and sports facilities, including the Krylia Sovetov stadium, are all within walking distance. The project will have good transport accessibility, with Semyonovskaya and Elektrozavodskaya metro stations within easy reach. Schastye na Semenovskoy also offers convenient access to Izmailovskoye Shosse, the North-Eastern Chord and the Third Ring Road.
