Employee Share Option Grant
PDMR/Directors' dealings
Creightons plc announces that options over a total of 7,553,400 ordinary 1p shares in the Company have been granted to 353 employees of companies in the Group and the Company's eight directors as part of the Company's policy of providing long-term share-linked and tax-effective incentives to all employees of the Group employees and directors.
These options have been granted under the Company's 2014 and 2018 Share Option Plans and represent a total dilution of 12.11% of the Company's total equity. All employees with more than 6 months' service have been granted options based on their historic contribution to the Group's success and as an incentive for their future contributions to the Group's performance. The Board believes this is an effective way of rewarding service and commitment to the Group and to provide on-going incentives to all employees and directors.
This grant includes grants of options to all the Directors of the Company:

The options were issued at 26.80p per ordinary share and can be exercised between the third and tenth anniversary of the 18th October 2018, subject to the option holder's continued employment. No consideration is payable in respect of the grant of these options and no performance conditions have been set.
Shareholders will benefit from this grant since it re-enforces the Company's policy of providing long-term share-linked and tax-effective incentives to all our employees.
