Employee Benefit Trust

The Restaurant Group plc has been advised by the trustees of The Restaurant Group Employee Benefit Trust (the potential beneficiaries of the trust being certain employees of The Restaurant Group plc including directors and PDMRs of the Company) that on 12 March 2015, the Trust acquired 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 693.36p each.

The Employee Benefit Trust now has a beneficial interest in 1,406,298 ordinary shares representing 0.7% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
