Mobile Tornado Group PLC23 October 2006 Mobile Tornado Group Plc ("Company") Results of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") On 25 September 2006 the Company announced that, conditionally on the passing ofthe resolutions to be put to the Company's shareholders at the EGM (the"Resolutions"), InTechnology Plc had subscribed for 80,000,000 new ordinaryshares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an issue price of 5p per share. The Company would like to announce that at the EGM held today all Resolutionswere duly passed. Trading in the new ordinary shares of the Company willcommence on 24 October 2006. Following admission of the Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 184,431,430ordinary shares in issue.
