EBT Purchase 

The Company was notified today by the trustees of Louvre Trust (Guernsey) Limited, the trustees of theCompany's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that, on 22 June 2009, the EBT purchased 1,051,986ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this purchase, the EBT holds 1,399,812 Ordinary Shares representing 4.9 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
