DRIP Dividend Circular

A circular to shareholders relating to the closure of the SCRIP dividend programme and the launch of a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") for the 2017 interim dividend (the "Circular") has been posted, or made available, to shareholders today, 23 March 2017.

A copy of both the Circular and the terms and conditions have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Circular and the terms and conditions relating to the DRIP are also available on the Company's website at www.kier.co.uk/drip.
