Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2011 incorporating the Notice of 2012 Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Form are today being posted to shareholders. A copy of each of the documents, together with the Notice of Availability to shareholders receiving Web communications, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at its Web site www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do
