Further to the press release of 25 October 2012, the Circular to convene an EGM to approve, amongst other things, the second tranche of the placing was recently posted to Shareholders. The EGM will be held at 11.00 am on Monday 19 November 2012 at the Herbert Park Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules and ESM Rules, the Circular will shortly be available for inspection on the Company's website at www.petroneft.com
