Further to the announcement on 10 August 2011 of its half-year results, Interserve Plc confirms that the Half-Year Report for the six months ended 30 June 2011 has today been published on the Interserve website at www.interserve.com.
A copy of the Half-Year Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
