Hilton Food Group PLC25 September 2007 Hilton Food Group plc ("the Company") Amended Dividend Record Date Further to the Interim Results announcement made earlier today in which it wasstated that the Company will pay a dividend of 2.2p per share to shareholders onthe register on 1 November 2007. This date was not correct and should have saidto shareholders on the register by close of business 2 November 2007.
