2011 dividend payment
HaiKe Chemical Group Limited ("HaiKe" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted (AIM: HAIK) petrochemical, specialty chemical and biochemical business based in China, today clarifies its payment arrangement on 2011 dividend.
As recommended by the London Stock Exchange, there shall be at least 20 working days between the record date (ie 29 June 2012) and the payment date. The Company has agreed with its registrar that payment date of 2011 final dividend is 26 July 2012.
