Dividend Declaration

Guernsey, 16 October 2018

The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ("Princess" or the "Company") announces a second interim dividend of EUR 0.28 per share for the 2018 calendar year. Dividends for the full year total EUR 0.56 per share (2017: EUR 0.56 per share), equivalent to 5.2% of opening net asset value per share as of 31 December 2017. This represents a dividend yield of 5.6% based on the closing share price of EUR 10.00 on 15 October 2018.

The Company continues to target an annualised dividend of 5-8% p.a. on opening net asset value, via semi-annual payments to shareholders.

The second interim dividend for the year will be paid on 14 December 2018. The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 9 November 2018 and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 8 November 2018. The last dates for the currency election and the dividend re-investment plan will be 9 November 2018 and 23 November 2018 respectively.
