DECLARES THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE
PERIOD ENDING 31 AUGUST 2014
Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 1.05p per Ordinary Share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2014 payable on 31 July 2014 to shareholders registered on 11 July 2014. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 9 July 2014.
