Interim Dividend
The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 0.072868 pence per C share (further to the interim dividend of 38 pence per C share declared in August 2014).
The interim dividend will be paid on 26 November 2014 to the C shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 7 November 2014. The C shares will be marked ex-dividend on 6 November 2014.
The payment to C shareholders in relation to the interim dividend will be rounded down to the nearest whole pence and any fractional entitlements will be retained by the Company and used to offset any expense incurred in paying the dividends.
