Close High Income Properties PLC15 October 2007 Close High Income Properties PLC (the "Company") The Directors of Close High Income Properties PLC are pleased to announce theCompany's second interim dividend of 2.125 pence per Ordinary Share followingthe special dividend in respect of the period from 1 July 2007 to 30 September2007. The dividend is payable by 31 October 2007 to Ordinary Shareholders whowere on the register on 19 October 2007. The Directors are also pleased to announce the Company's seventh interimdividend of 1.625 pence per "D" Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1July 2007 to 30 September 2007. The dividend is payable by 31 October 2007 to "D" Ordinary Shareholders who were on the register on 19 October 2007.
