The Directors have declared a second interim dividend of 4.5p per share in lieu of a final dividend for the year to 30 September 2014. The Company paid an interim dividend of 8.0p per share on 7 March 2014. As a result the Company will have paid a total of 12.5p per share for the year to 30 September 2014.
The dividend will be paid on 19 September 2014 to shareholders on the register as of 5 September 2014. The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 8 September 2014.
