Payment of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2010-11

This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated December 2, 2010.

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 23rd December, 2010 have, inter-alia, approved payment of interim dividend @ 20% (Rs. 2/- per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2010-11. The said interim dividend shall be payable with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Tuesday, the 28th December, 2010 fixed for the said purpose and it will be paid from 31st December, 2010 onwards.
