Final dividend - determination of U$ Dollar equivalent 

At the Annual General Meeting of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc held on 27 June 2017, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 3.0 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2016.

The Company announces that shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in U$ Dollar will receive 3.8226 cents per share which will be paid on 14 July 2017.

Calculation of the U$ Dollar equivalent of this dividend is based on the exchange rate of GBP1=U$1.2742. This has been determined using the exchange rate at the close of business on the dividend record date, being 9 June 2017.
