Dividend Declaration

The directors have declared a dividend of 5.40p per Ordinary and `A' Ordinary share to be paid on 2nd April 2012 to shareholders whose names appear on the register on 23rd March 2012.

The announcement of the annual results will be in week commencing 16th April 2012.
