The following announcement replaces RNS announcement 9596P 'Dividend Payment' dated 1 April 2009

Dividend Payment

In accordance with undertakings given to shareholders, the board of Triple Point VCT plc is delighted to announce payment of a dividend of 67.9 pence per share to shareholders on the register on 7 April 2009. The dividend will be payable not later than 14 April 2009. The board expects to announce a further distribution in the coming weeks.
