EUROPEAN UTILITIES TRUST PLC
The Company has today declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 July 2007 of 6.0p net per Ordinary Income share, to be paid on 26 October 2007 to the holders of Ordinary Income shares on the register on 28 September 2007.
It is anticipated that the preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 31 July 2007 will be made in early November 2007.
