Close High Income Properties PLC11 April 2006 Close High Income Properties PLC The Directors of Close High Income Properties PLC are pleased to announce theCompany's twelfth interim dividend of 1.9375 pence per Ordinary Share in respectof the period from 1 January 2006 to 31 March 2006. The dividend is payable on28 April 2006 to Shareholders on the register on 21 April 2006. The Directors are also pleased to announce the Company's ninth interim dividendof 1.8125 pence per "C" Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 January2006 to 31 March 2006. The dividend is payable on 28 April 2006 to "C"Shareholders on the register on 21 April 2006. The Directors are also pleased to announce the Company's first interim dividendof 0.5416 pence per "D" Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 January2006 to 31 March 2006. The dividend is payable in respect of the 5,539,650shares in issue as at 27 February 2006, but is not payable to shares issued anytime thereafter.
