Close High Income Properties PLC10 April 2008 Close High Income Properties PLC (the "Company") The Directors of Close High Income Properties PLC are announcing the Company'stwentieth interim dividend of 1.625 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of theperiod from 1 January 2008 to 31 March 2008. The dividend is payable on 30 April2008 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register on 18 April 2008. The Directors are announcing the Company's ninth interim dividend of 1.25 penceper "D" Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 January 2008 to 31 March2008. The dividend is payable on 30 April 2008 to "D" Ordinary Shareholders onthe register on 18 April 2008. These dividends will be paid out of the Company's distributable capitalreserves.
