JSC Georgian Railway, Georgia's integrated railway company, today announces that on the basis of increasing cargo flows and company operational performance, it has declared dividend payment of GEL 3,000 thousand. Based on the financial performance through the year 2013 the company may declare additional dividends on the monthly basis, so that total dividends amount declared in 2013 will be less or equal to GEL 48,609 thousand (50% of consolidated net profit for the year ended 31 December 2012).
