Declaration of interim dividend of 3p per Ordinary Share

The Board is pleased to announce that it has approved a dividend of 3p per Ordinary Share. This dividend is an interim dividend and it is expected to be the only dividend in respect of the period to 28 February 2020.

The ex-dividend date will be 5 March 2020 and the record date 6 March 2020. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or about 20 March 2020.
