Close High Income Properties PLC31 December 2007 Close High Income Properties PLC (the "Company") The Directors of Close High Income Properties PLC are pleased to announce theCompany's nineteenth interim dividend of 2.125 pence per Ordinary Share inrespect of the period from 1 October 2007 to 31 December 2007. The dividend ispayable on 31 January 2008 to Shareholders on the register on 18 January 2008. The Directors are also pleased to announce the Company's eighth interim dividendof 1.625 pence per "D" Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 October2007 to 31 December 2007.
