Close High Income Properties PLC (the "Company")

The Directors of Close High Income Properties PLC announce the Company's twenty first interim dividend of 1.625 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 April 2008 to 30 June 2008. The dividend is payable on 31 July 2008 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register on 18 July 2008.

The Directors announce the Company's tenth interim dividend of 1.25 pence per "D" Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 April 2008 to 30 June 2008. The dividend is payable on 31 July 2008 to "D" Ordinary Shareholders on the register on 18 July 2008.

These dividends will be paid out of the Company's distributable capital reserves.
