PEORIA, Ill.-11 December 2013 - Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT / NYSE Euronext: CATR / LSE: CTA) informs its stockholders that today, the Board of Directors of Caterpillar Inc. voted to maintain the quarterly cash dividend of sixty cents ($0.60) per share of common stock, payable February 20, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 21, 2014.
