OCEAN WILSONS HOLDINGS LIMITED
The Company intends to pay an interim dividend of 4.00 cents per share on 25 September 2009 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 28 August 2009.
Where shareholders have not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 28 August 2009 which was 1.6294 giving an interim dividend in sterling of 2.4549p per share.
