Proposed Dividend declaration

In accordance with the guidance given in the Results announcement issued on 7 October 2014 the Directors hereby propose a dividend of 0.275p per ordinary share.

The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 30 October 2014 with a record date of 31 October 2014. The dividend will be paid on 28 November 2014.
