Close Brothers Dev VCT PLC30 November 2006 Close Brothers Development VCT PLC The board of Close Brothers Development VCT PLC announces that the unaudited NAVper share at 31 October 2006 was 96.9p per Ordinary share and 103.2p per Cshare. The Board also declares a second interim dividend of 2 pence per Ordinary share(consisting of revenue only) and 3 pence per C share (consisting of 2.15prevenue and 0.85p capital).
