Close High Income Properties PLC16 July 2007 Close High Income Properties PLC (the "Company") The Directors of Close High Income Properties PLC are pleased to announce theCompany's seventeenth interim dividend of 2.125 pence per Ordinary Share inrespect of the period from 1 April 2007 to 30 June 2007. The dividend is payableby 31 July 2007 to Shareholders who were on the register on 20 July 2007. The Directors are also pleased to announce the Company's sixth interim dividendof 1.625 pence per "D" Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 April 2007to 30 June 2007.
