The Company intends to pay a final dividend of 26.0 cents per share on 22 May to shareholders on the register at close of business on 14 April 2009.
Where shareholders have not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 14 April 2009 which was 1.4910 giving a final dividend in sterling of 17.4380p per share.
