PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Paints & Chemical Industries "PACHIN" (PACH.CA/PCLDq.L) announces the payment of the cash dividend approved by the Shareholders' General Meeting on December 20, 2018 as follows:
Rate: 3.00 Egyptian pounds.
Payable date:
The first instalment: January 31, 2019 (1.50 Egyptian pounds )
The second instalment: April 30, 2019 (1.50 Egyptian pounds )
The distribution of this cash dividend will be made to Holders as at the end of trading on January 28, 2019.
