Interim Dividend
The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 5 pence per G share (2013: 5 pence per G share).
The interim dividend will be paid on 7 March 2014 to the G shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 14 February 2014. The G shares will be marked ex-dividend on 12 February 2014.
