Dividend Declaration
The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has declared a dividend of £0.01375 per ordinary Sterling Share and €0.01375 per ordinary Euro Share.
The dividend will be payable on 28 February 2020 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 7 February 2020 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 6 February 2020.
