International Nuclear Solutions PLC19 February 2008 International Nuclear Solutions PLC Dividend Declaration 19 February 2008 The directors announce that, subject to the completion of the disposal of INSInnovation Limited which is expected to take place on or around 18 March 2008,International Nuclear Solutions PLC will pay a special interim dividend of 58.83pence per share on 19 March 2008 to all shareholders on the Register on 29February 2008. In accordance with section 272(4) of the Companies Act 1985, interim accountshave been prepared to assist the directors with the determination of the amountof profits available for distribution by way of an interim dividend.
