Fiske PLC31 May 2006 Fiske plc31 May 2006 FISKE plc (the "Company") As a result of the adoption of FRS21 the Company will not be declaring a finaldividend in respect of the year ended 31 May 2006 but instead is today declaringa second interim dividend of 2p, the same level as the final dividend for theprevious year. The record date will be 8 September 2006 and the dividend will be paid on 29September 2006. The ex-dividend date will be 6 September 2006.
