Dividend Declaration

Baronsmead VCT 2 plc

The Directors have declared a second interim dividend of 4.0p per share in lieu of a final dividend for the year to 30 September 2015. The Company paid an interim dividend of 2.5p per share on 19 June 2015. As a result the Company will have paid a total of 6.5p per share for the year to 30 September 2015.

The dividend will be paid on 18 September 2015 to shareholders on the register as of 4 September 2015. The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 7 September 2015.
