Final dividend - determination of U$ Dollar equivalent 

At the Annual General Meeting of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc held on 27 June 2016, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 1.75 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2015.

The Company announces that shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in U$ Dollar will receive 2.5085 cents per share which will be paid on 11 July 2016.

Calculation of the U$ Dollar equivalent of this dividend is based on the exchange rate of GBP1=U$1.4334. This has been determined using the exchange rate at the close of business on the dividend record date, being 10 June 2016.
