Interim Dividend
The Board of Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Limited has declared an interim dividend in respect of the period 1 January 2017 to 31 March 2017 of 1.09p per share, payable on 12 May 2017 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register at 21 April 2017, in line with the Company's dividend objective.
The ex-dividend date is 20 April 2017.
