Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a dividend of £0.0125 per ordinary Sterling Share and €0.0125 per ordinary Euro Share.

The dividend will be payable on 25 February 2022 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 4 February 2022 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 3 February 2022.
