Dividend Declaration

Lombard Risk Management plc (LSE:LRM) a leading global provider of collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, has announced that it will be paying an interim dividend of 0.030p per share for the six months ending 30 September 2013.

This interim dividend will be paid on 15 November 2013 to members on the register at the close of business on 1 November 2013. The Ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 30 October 2013.
