Dividend Payment
In accordance with undertakings given to shareholders, the board of Triple Point VCT plc is delighted to announce payment of a dividend of 67.9 pence per share to shareholders on the register on 3 April 2009. The dividend will be payable not later than 14 April 2009. The board expects to announce a further distribution in the coming weeks.
