Close High Income Properties PLC11 January 2007 Close High Income Properties PLC (the "Company") The Directors of Close High Income Properties PLC are pleased to announce theCompany's fifteenth interim dividend of 1.9375 pence per Ordinary Share inrespect of the period from 1 October 2006 to 31 December 2006. The dividend ispayable on 31 January 2007 to Shareholders on the register on 19 January 2007. The Directors are also pleased to announce the Company's twelfth interimdividend of 1.8125 pence per "C" Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1October 2006 to 31 December 2006. The dividend is payable on 31 January 2007 to"C" Shareholders on the register on 19 January 2007. The Directors are also pleased to announce the Company's fourth interim dividendof 1.625 pence per "D" Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 October2006 to 31 December 2006.
