Dividend Declaration
The Board of Penna Consulting is pleased to announce that, subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 2 pence per ordinary share of 5 pence each will be paid on 15 October 2008 to shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 19 September 2008. The ex-dividend date will be 17 September 2008.
