Further to the announcement made today under the heading "Half Yearly Report", Charles Taylor Consulting plc confirms that an interim dividend of 5.54 pence per share will paid to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 8 October 2010, not 7 October 2010 as stated. This will be paid on 24 November 2010.
