PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND
Paints & Chemical Industries "PACHIN" (PACH.CA/PCLDq.L) announces the payment of the cash dividend approved by the Shareholders' General Meeting on 2.12.2008 as follows:
Rate: 3.50 Egyptian pounds.
Payable date: December 31,2008.
The distribution of this cash dividend will be made to Holders as at the end of trading on December 25,2008.
