LogicaCMG divests element of payroll business in the Netherlands

LogicaCMG has signed a letter of intent for the divestment of an element of its payroll business, which provides solutions primarily for the SME and local government market in the Netherlands. The divestment comprises the product lines PASO/PersMaster voor de Overheid and Pers/PayMaster.

The divestment will allow LogicaCMG to continue to invest in its HR and payroll BPO solutions.

The business being disposed represented approximately one-quarter of LogicaCMG's HR and payroll product services revenue in the Netherlands in 2006.
