Disposal of 88-90 The Parade, Leamington Spa

On 3 September 2010, IRP Property Investments Limited ("IRP") disposed of a retail property in Leamington Spa for £3.625 million, at an initial yield of 4.9 per cent.

The property was acquired by IRP on 1 June 2004 for a cost of £2.89 million and its valuation as at 30 June 2010 was £3.39 million.
